15.390 Appeal upon denial of precertification.
Any person who is aggrieved by a determination by the employing agency or by the <br>council that he fails to meet the requirements for precertification status may: <br>(1) If the determination was made by the employing agency, appeal the decision in the
same manner as other employment appeals within the agency, if an appeals <br>procedure has been established by the employing agency; or
(2) If the determination was made by the council, appeal the decision to the local
Circuit Court having jurisdiction over the employing agency.
