15.510 Appeals.
An appeal may be taken from any decision of the Justice and Public Safety Cabinet to <br>withhold or terminate payment from the Law Enforcement Foundation Program fund to <br>any local unit of government. Appeals shall be taken to the Circuit Court of the county <br>where the controversy originates.
