18A.350 Definition of employee.
As used in KRS 18A.355 "employee" means any officer or employee of the executive <br>branch of government. The provisions of KRS 18A.355 do not apply to employees of the <br>General Assembly, the Legislative Research Commission, or the Court of Justice, or to <br>any constitutional officer.
