21A.100 Court of Appeals records become Supreme Court records.
The records of the Court of Appeals involving proceedings before that court, prior to <br>January 1, 1976, shall become part of the permanent records of the Supreme Court. Such <br>records shall be given the same faith and credit as are records of the Supreme Court.
