35.455 Perjury. Any subject person who, in a judicial proceeding or course of justice, willfully and <br>corruptly gives, upon a lawful oath or in any form allowed by law to be substituted for an <br>oath, any false testimony material to the issue or matter of inquiry is guilty of perjury and <br>shall be punished as a court-martial directs. History: Amended 1970 Ky. Acts ch. 56, sec. 59. -- Created 1954 Ky. Acts ch. 99, sec. 90, effective July 1, 1954.
