35.485 Improper handling of military property. Any person subject to this code shall be punished as a court-martial directs, when he, <br>without proper authority, sells or otherwise disposes of, willfully or through neglect, <br>damages, destroys or loses or willfully or through neglect suffers to be damaged, <br>destroyed, sold or wrongfully disposed of any military property of the United States or of <br>the state. History: Amended 1970 Ky. Acts ch. 56, sec. 69. -- Created 1954 Ky. Acts ch. 99, sec. 96, effective July 1, 1954.
