36.050 Disability of adjutant -- Who to act. In the absence or inability of the adjutant general to perform his duties, he may designate, <br>by special order, an officer to perform his duties temporarily, and if no officer is so <br>designated, the senior officer on duty in the adjutant general's office shall perform the <br>adjutant general's duties.
