Page 1 of 1 36.265 Attorney General to represent board members in civil proceedings. If any member of the board or any member of a crisis response team authorized by KRS <br>36.250 to 36.270 does any act in the discharge of his duty that causes him to be proceeded <br>against by civil court action, the Attorney General shall represent him in the civil <br>proceedings. Effective: July 15, 1998 <br>History: Repealed, reenacted, and amended 1998 Ky. Acts ch. 86, sec. 4, effective July 15, 1998. -- Created 1996 Ky. Acts ch. 316, sec. 4, effective July 15, 1996.
