Upon request of the commission or local committee, facilities covered by those <br>administrative regulations required in KRS 39E.210 shall, within the time periods <br>prescribed by federal law, provide additional information necessary for developing and <br>implementing the emergency plan about each substance to include, but not be limited to, <br>material safety data sheets.
