39E.230 Reports available to public -- Protection of trade secrets.
Reports to the commission or committee shall be available to the public upon request in <br>accordance with the provisions of KRS 61.870 to 61.884 relating to open records, if this <br>information is not protected from release to the general public as a trade secret under <br>federal law. Reasonable fees, consistent with KRS 61.874, may be charged for <br>reproduction of these reports.
