41.120 Claims to be paid by warrants -- Warrant authorizes Treasurer to pay -- Manner of authorization. All claims against the state shall be paid by the Treasurer on the warrants of the Finance <br>and Administration Cabinet. All warrants issued in accordance with the provisions of this <br>chapter shall, when signed by the secretary of the Finance and Administration Cabinet or <br>an assistant designated by him, constitute full and sufficient authority to the Treasurer for <br>the disbursement of public money in the amount set forth. Signatures may be placed on <br>the warrants by means of an approved mechanical device. A signed transmittal which lists <br>warrants may be accepted in lieu of each warrant being signed. Electronic authorization, <br>approved by the secretary of the Finance and Administration Cabinet, may be accepted in <br>lieu of any signatures.
