41.310 Treasurer to furnish information regarding receipts and expenditures to the
Finance and Administration Cabinet on a monthly basis.
The Finance and Administration Cabinet shall furnish the Treasurer with information <br>regarding the status of each receipt and expenditure account. At the end of each month, <br>the Treasurer shall furnish the Finance and Administration Cabinet with information <br>regarding the accumulated receipts and a listing of all warrants unpaid as of the end of the <br>last day of each month.
