45.151 Certain projects are subject to KRS Chapter 56.
All capital construction projects or capital outlays for the improvement of land or the <br>construction, alteration, reconstruction, or major repair of any building or other structure, <br>or sewage disposal or water supply system, or any bridge or road except a road and bridge <br>under the jurisdiction of the Department of Highways, authorized under this chapter shall <br>be subject to the provisions of KRS Chapter 56.
