Page 1 of 1 61.392 Cabinets to report to Legislative Research Commission on number of full- time employees and full-time equivalents working under contract. (1) Within fifteen (15) days after April 5, 2010, and on a quarterly basis thereafter, the secretary of the Personnel Cabinet shall report to the Legislative Research <br>Commission the number of employees in each program cabinet and department of <br>the executive branch of state government. The report shall include the number of all <br>full-time classified and unclassified employees employed pursuant to KRS Chapters <br>16, 18A, and 151B, listed by cabinet and department. (2) Within fifteen (15) days after April 5, 2010, and on a quarterly basis thereafter, the secretary of the Finance and Administration Cabinet shall report to the Legislative <br>Research Commission the number of individuals working on a full-time equivalent <br>and recurring basis, listed by contract or agreement and cabinet. (3) As used in this section, &quot;recurring basis&quot; means continuous employment for a period of not less than ninety (90) days. Effective: April 5, 2010 <br>History: Created 2010 Ky.
