62.180 Condition of bonds of state officers -- Ex officio liability. Each bond provided for in KRS 62.160 shall be a covenant to the Commonwealth of <br>Kentucky that the principal will faithfully discharge his duties and will faithfully account <br>for and pay over all money and property that may come into his possession by virtue of <br>his office or position. Liability on the bond of any officer shall extend to any position <br>held by him ex officio. Effective: May 18, 1956 <br>History: Amended 1956 Ky. Acts ch. 153, sec. 2, effective May 18, 1956. -- Created 1946 Ky. Acts ch. 27, sec. 3.
