65.027 Reciprocal preference to be given to resident bidders by local governments.
(1) As used in this section, "local government" means city, county, urban-county,
consolidated local government, charter county, unified local government, or special <br>district.
(2) For all contracts awarded by a local government, the local government shall apply
the reciprocal preference for resident bidders described in KRS 45A.494.
