65.600 Revenue bonds issued, when.
The authority is authorized to defray the cost of acquiring any real or personal property <br>for the purposes contemplated in KRS 65.510 to 65.650 through the issuance of revenue <br>bonds, and for that purpose the authority shall have all the powers and duties that are <br>granted to or imposed upon governmental units by law.
