67.380 Authority of fiscal court to regulate construction of buildings.
The fiscal court of any county shall have authority, by order or resolution, to adopt, and to <br>enforce, regulations governing construction as defined by KRS 198B.010 pursuant to the <br>provisions of KRS 198B.060.
