67A.914 Creation of parking authority.
The local legislative body of any county governed under urban-county statutes may, by <br>resolution, create and establish an agency to be known by the name of the largest city in <br>such county and the name of the county itself, separated by the word "and" and the words <br>"parking authority". That agency shall exist for each urban-county government with the <br>powers, duties, and functions as hereinafter provided.
