69.310 Duties when county attorney is absent.
In the absence of the county attorney, the first assistant shall act as county attorney, and in <br>the absence of the county attorney and the first assistant, the second assistant shall act as <br>county attorney. The assistants shall not receive additional compensation for acting as <br>county attorney.
