72.255 Administrative regulations.
The secretary of justice and public safety shall adopt administrative regulations to carry <br>out the provisions of KRS Chapter 72, including but not limited to the adoption of forms, <br>fees for examinations, certification requirements, reports of medical examiners and <br>certified coroners, and other costs incidental to the administration of this chapter. The <br>advisory commission provided for in KRS 72.225 shall review and may recommend new <br>regulations or changes in the regulations provided for in this section.
