73.070 Survey, how made.
(1) Every survey shall be made by horizontal measurement. <br>(2) In resurveying lands, the surveyor must execute the survey by the magnetic
meridian, but he shall certify and show in his plat the degree of variation in the <br>magnetic needle from the true meridian at the periods of the original survey and of <br>the resurvey, if it can be done.
