statute relating to alternative emission limitations.
The air pollution control board, in conjunction with the Energy and Environment Cabinet, <br>shall promulgate administrative regulations, rules, and orders, to implement Section <br>7412(i)(5) of Title 42, United States Code, relating to alternative emission limitations <br>allowed for early reduction of emissions.
