82.125 Municipal inducements constitute lawful public purposes and uses.
Municipal inducements are hereby declared as a matter of legislative determination of the <br>General Assembly to be lawful public purposes and public uses for which cities may <br>exercise all powers authorized by the provisions of KRS 82.105 to 82.180, or otherwise <br>provided by law.
