82.705 Local government authorized to enact nuisance code.
A local government may, by ordinance, enact a nuisance code and impose penalties for <br>violation of the nuisance code. The violations may be enforced with criminal penalties or <br>a local government may, by ordinance, elect to enforce violations with civil penalties <br>pursuant to the procedures set forth in KRS 82.710, 82.720, and 82.725.
