92.250 Board of supervisors in cities of third class.
Between January 1 and February 1 of each year the mayor of each city of the third class <br>shall, subject to the approval of the common council, appoint three (3) intelligent <br>housekeepers residing in different wards of the city, who shall constitute the board of tax <br>supervisors for the city.
