95.760 Oath of policemen. In cities of the fourth and fifth classes except cities of the fourth class which have adopted <br>KRS 95.761 to 95.784, every member of the police force shall take an oath to faithfully <br>perform the duties of his office, and that he possesses the required qualifications. In cities <br>of the fourth class the oath shall also provide that he will not interfere in any election. History: Amended 1968 Ky. Acts ch. 152, sec. 74. -- Recodified 1942 Ky.
