98.030 Location of institutions. The legislative body of any city of the first class may, by ordinance, locate any of its <br>institutions that are under the supervision of the department of public safety, the <br>department of public welfare or the department of health upon land owned by the city, or <br>hereafter provided for that purpose, anywhere in the county in which the city is situated, <br>or may authorize the directors of the departments to select the location of institutions <br>under their supervision within the county.
