After July 12, 2006, no city, county, charter county, urban-county, consolidated local <br>government, or special district shall issue revenue bonds as provided in this chapter for <br>any housing project which is located outside the jurisdictional boundaries of the issuing <br>entity without the express written consent of the elected legislative body of the city, <br>county, charter county, urban-county, or consolidated local government in which the <br>housing project will be located.
