106.250 Limitation on right to challenge validity of resolution or ordinance. Any action challenging the validity of any resolution adopted by any water district <br>commissioners of a water district or challenging the validity of any ordinance adopted by <br>the legislative body of any of the cities electing to operate under this chapter, any bond <br>resolution or ordinance, or other resolution or ordinance, shall be brought within twenty <br>(20) days from the date on which such resolution or ordinance was adopted, as the case <br>may be, and if such action challenging the validity of same is not brought within such <br>time the same shall be forever barred. History: Amended 1966 Ky. Acts ch. 69, sec. 1. -- Created 1954 Ky. Acts ch. 18, sec. 25, effective June 17, 1954.
