109.160 Condemnation of property. The board may by resolution recite the need, order the condemnation on behalf of the <br>waste management district of any real property or interest therein that in the opinion of <br>the board is necessary for the proposed construction or use of a solid waste management <br>facility. Proceedings for condemnation shall be conducted in the manner prescribed in the <br>Eminent Domain Act of Kentucky. Effective: July 15, 1982 <br>History: Amended 1982 Ky. Acts ch. 74, sec. 9, effective July 15, 1982. -- Amended 1976 Ky. Acts ch. 140, sec. 63. -- Created l966 Ky. Acts ch. 66, sec. 16.
