119.145 Election officer's refusal to admit challenger. Any election officer who refuses to permit any challenger of any political party having a <br>ticket to be voted for at an election, who has been duly appointed and presents a duly <br>attested certificate of appointment, to perform his duties as challenger, shall be fined not <br>less than fifty dollars (&#36;50) nor more than five hundred dollars (&#36;500). History: Created 1974 Ky. Acts ch. 130, sec. 75.
