119.225 Denial of rights of inspectors by county board of elections. Any member of a county board of elections who refuses to permit an inspector designated <br>under KRS 117.275 and 117.315 to exercise free and full action in witnessing the count <br>of the ballots, or interferes with the right of such an inspector to have a free and full <br>opportunity to witness the count of the ballots, shall be guilty of a Class A misdemeanor.
