119.305 Report by election officers of violations -- Arrest of offenders. Election officers shall give information of all infractions of the election laws to the grand <br>jury, Commonwealth's attorney, Attorney General and the Registry of Election Finance. <br>The election officers shall cooperate in any investigation or prosecution of election law <br>violations. When there is reason to fear that an offender will escape out of the county <br>before indictment, any election officer may procure his immediate apprehension. Effective: July 15, 1988 <br>History: Amended 1988 Ky. Acts ch. 341, sec. 38, effective July 15, 1988. -- Created 1974 Ky. Acts ch. 130, sec. 91.
