119.305 Report by election officers of violations -- Arrest of offenders. Election officers shall give information of all infractions of the election laws to the grand <br>jury, Commonwealth's attorney, Attorney General and the Registry of Election Finance. <br>The election officers shall cooperate in any investigation or prosecution of election law <br>violations. When there is reason to fear that an offender will escape out of the county <br>before indictment, any election officer may procure his immediate apprehension.
