119.315 Grand jury may compel testimony as to violation of election laws. Except as provided in KRS 119.325, any person who refuses, when summoned, to testify <br>on oath before a grand jury as to any knowledge he may possess concerning any violation <br>of law in relation to elections in the county during the preceding eighteen (18) months <br>shall be imprisoned until he submits, and be fined not less than ten dollars (&#36;10) nor more <br>than thirty dollars (&#36;30) by the court, and a like sum for each daily repetition of the <br>contempt. History: Created 1974 Ky. Acts ch. 130, sec. 92.
