150.275 Permit to take and transport wildlife for commercial nuisance wildlife control, scientific, or educational purposes -- Fees to be set by administrative <br>regulation. (1) The commissioner may issue to any qualified person a permit to take and transport wildlife at any time for commercial nuisance wildlife control, scientific, or <br>educational purposes; such permits shall be valid at the discretion of the <br>commissioner and shall show upon their face the period of their validity.
