(1) A person shall not take or attempt to take wildlife with a firearm, bow, or crossbow, if the person is manifestly under the influence of alcohol or any controlled <br>substance, and the person: <br>(a) May endanger himself or herself or other persons or property; or <br>(b) Is engaging in any behavior specified in subsection (1)(a) to (d) of KRS 525.060.
