151.232 Participation in development of administrative regulations. When the cabinet develops administrative regulations for the protection of groundwater, <br>the Agricultural Experiment Station and the Cooperative Extension Service of the <br>University of Kentucky, the Division of Conservation within the cabinet, and <br>representatives of production agriculture shall be given the opportunity to actively <br>participate in the development of the administrative regulations.
