154.12-217 Licensing coordinators. (1) Each agency shall appoint a licensing coordinator to assist the clearinghouse in assembling the initial licensing information and to immediately notify the <br>clearinghouse of changes in licensing requirements. The licensing coordinator shall <br>also arrange for agency representation at preapplication conferences and <br>consolidated hearings. The licensing coordinator shall inform the manager of any <br>confidentiality standards associated with any license included in the program. (2) Each agency shall provide application forms and informational bulletins to the clearinghouse at its request for inclusion in informational packets. (3) Employees of the clearinghouse shall comply with the same confidentiality standards that apply to the employees of the issuing agencies for any license <br>included in the program and shall be subject to any penalties that apply to the <br>violation of such confidentiality standards.
