As used in KRS 154.12-300 to 154.12-310, unless the context indicates otherwise: <br>(1) "Affiliate" means an ICC identified as the headquarters for program activity in a region or subregion; (2) "Commissioner" means the commissioner of the Department of Commercialization and Innovation established in KRS 154.12-278; (3) "ICC" means the Kentucky Innovation and Commercialization Center; <br>(4) "Region" means a geographic area of Kentucky designated as having a unique innovation strategic plan by the Department of Commercialization and Innovation; <br>and (5) "Satellite" means an office of an affiliate in a region.
