158.105 War veterans may complete high school course without tuition. Each school district in this state shall admit to its twelve (12) grade school service, <br>without tuition, any veteran of the Armed Forces whose attendance was interrupted, <br>before completing the approved twelve (12) grade school course, because of induction or <br>enlistment in the Armed Forces. The veteran shall apply for reenrollment in the public <br>school system of the district of his residence not later than four (4) years after his <br>honorable discharge from the Armed Forces. However, this is not intended to apply to <br>enrollment by veterans in special courses for which tuition is paid under the provisions of <br>federal laws, or otherwise.
