Page 1 of 1 161.123 Reciprocity certification for out-of-state teachers. Notwithstanding any other statute to the contrary, an experienced, out-of-state teacher <br>shall qualify for a regular provisional certificate if the applicant: <br>(1) Completes the application process; <br>(2) Holds a valid certificate issued by the state where the applicant most recently taught; and (3) Holds a valid certificate issued by the National Board of Professional Teaching Standards. Effective: July 14, 2000 <br>History: Created 2000 Ky. Acts ch. 257, sec. 6, effective July 14, 2000.
