161.280 Oath of board members. Each member of the board of trustees shall, within ten (10) days after his appointment or <br>election, take an oath that he will support the Constitution of the United States and the <br>Constitution of Kentucky, that he will diligently and honestly administer the affairs of the <br>board, and that he will not knowingly violate or willingly permit to be violated any <br>provisions of the law applicable to the retirement system. The oath of office shall be <br>subscribed to by the member making it and certified to by the officer before whom it is <br>taken, and shall be immediately filed in the office of the Secretary of State.
