164.400 Incidental expenses -- Fees. The respective boards of regents of the state universities and colleges and the Kentucky <br>Community and Technical College System shall establish such incidental fees and <br>nonresident tuition fees as will be sufficient for the purpose of paying the incidental <br>expenses of the university or college and as are consistent with the recommendations of <br>the Council on Postsecondary Education.
