165.195 Acquisition of property by board of trustees. The board of trustees of a municipal college in a city of the second, third, or fourth class <br>may acquire, by purchase or gift, lands and improvements for the purpose of expanding <br>the plant and extending the usefulness of the college, and when unable to agree with the <br>owner of land and improvements necessary for the purposes of the college may proceed <br>to condemn the land and improvements.
