171.203 Expenditure of funds. Any funds appropriated for the purpose of KRS 171.201 to 171.205 shall be expended for <br>aiding in the establishment, extension and development of local public library services <br>through the purchase, lease, or repair of library materials, equipment, furniture, buildings, <br>or bookmobiles and for such other methods and services as will best accomplish the <br>purpose. Funds shall be paid out by the State Treasurer on warrants drawn by the <br>secretary of the Finance and Administration Cabinet on order of the state librarian.
