172.190 Library fund in county containing city of third or fourth class. Upon adoption of the optional method of financing a county law library provided in KRS <br>172.180, the funds derived from the county law library fee shall be designated county law <br>library fund, and said fund shall be under the sole and full control of the trustees of the <br>county law library.
