Page 1 of 1 175B.110 Indemnification from liability for an authority's board members, officers, and employees. Board members, officers, and employees of each authority authorized under this chapter <br>shall be indemnified from liability asserted by any person on the bonds or notes of the <br>authority, or any personal liability or accountability by reason of: <br>(1) The issuance of bonds, notes, or guarantees; <br>(2) The acquisition, construction, ownership, or operation of any project funded in whole or part by the authority; or (3) Any other action taken or the failure to act by the authority. Effective: June 26, 2009 <br>History: Created 2009 (1st Extra. Sess.) Ky. Acts ch. 1, sec. 96, effective June 26, 2009.
