177.103 Definitions for KRS 177.106. As used in KRS 177.106, unless the context otherwise requires: <br>(1) &quot;Roads&quot; includes highways, bridges and bridge approaches. <br>(2) &quot;Encroachment&quot; means any improvement to land constructed, created or implemented or any change from the original contour thereof, including but not <br>limited to buildings, fences, ditches, embankments, driveways or signs, which <br>hinders or prevents use or maintenance of roads or rights-of-way. (3) &quot;Person&quot; means any individual, firm, co-partnership, joint venture, association, social club, fraternal organization, corporation, estate, trust, business trust, receiver, <br>syndicate, cooperative or any other group or combination acting as a unit. History: Created 1962 Ky. Acts ch. 202, sec. 1.
