180.310 Agreement as to amount each party to contribute -- Payment. The department may agree upon the purchase price and cost of the bridge or upon the <br>terms of the lease, with the owner and such other parties named in KRS 180.300 or any of <br>them, and may further agree upon the proportion of the purchase price or annual rental to <br>be contributed by the department and by the other contributing parties. When the contract <br>of purchase or lease and the agreement apportioning the purchase price or annual rental is <br>approved by the Attorney General of this state, the department shall deliver a copy of the <br>contract of purchase or lease and the agreement of apportionment to the Finance and <br>Administration Cabinet, which shall draw a warrant on the State Treasurer at the time and <br>for the amount provided in the purchase or lease contract and agreement of <br>apportionment. The warrant shall specify that it is to be payable only out of the state <br>highway road funds, and it shall be delivered to the seller or owner of the bridge or tunnel <br>concurrently with the warrants or vouchers of the other contributing parties.
